The Technical and Professional Certification Service for Specialists has the mission of issuing technical and professional certification certificates for construction specialists as provided by the Urbanism and Construction Code No. 434/2023 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, No. 41-44, Art. 61) and the Regulation on the Technical and Professional Certification of Specialists in Construction Activities, approved by Government Decision No. HG743/2024 of 06.11.2024 regarding quality assurance in construction.
Verifying candidates’ eligibility;
Assessing the candidates by an authorized commission;
Issuing the certification in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Must have higher education relevant to the requested field. Must have at least 3 years of execution activity for site supervisors and 5 years for technical supervisors in the requested certification field, including the last year of activity in this domain.
