The Housing Section is a specialized unit within the Directorate for Issuance of Permissive Acts, responsible for managing housing-related issues and their development.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • • Managing relations with condominium owners’ associations: The section interacts with homeowners’ associations to coordinate and efficiently manage housing in condominiums, particularly regarding building rehabilitation works.
