Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Issuance of permissive acts for public utility works: Processing construction permits, approvals, and agreements, as well as verifying the necessity of such documents.
  • Verification and expert review of project documentation: Assessing compliance of project documentation (including plans, feasibility studies, technical calculations, execution projects, and other relevant documents), conducting technical expertise (in certain cases), and ensuring compliance with specific regulations.
