The Section for Permissive Acts for Public Utility Works, Verification and Expertise of Project Documentation issues permissive acts for public utility works of national interest.
According to Government Decision HG Nr. 489 din 10.07.2024 on the approval of the Regulation regarding the procedure for issuing the urban planning certificate for design and the construction/demolition permit for public utility works of national interest, the section issues:
1. Urban Planning Certificate for Design;
2. Construction Permit;
3. Demolition Permit.
