The Product Certification Section is a functional subdivision of the Public Institution Office for Territorial Planning, Urbanism, Construction, and Housing, which provides product certification services for construction materials to its clients based on certification agreements that take into account the responsibilities of both the certification body and its clients.
The section’s mission is to assess clients’ products by operating under one or more certification systems/schemes that cover its certification activities. The requirements applied to the products are those specified in relevant standards and other normative documents.
