The State Enterprise Institute for Scientific Research in Construction
"INCERCOM" is reorganized by transformation into the Public Institution Office of Territorial Planning, Urbanism, Constructions and Housing.
The Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development will exercise on behalf of the state the function of founder of the Public Institution Office of Territorial Planning, Urbanism, Constructions and Housing.
The State Enterprise National Institute for Research and Design in the Field of Territorial Planning, Urbanism and Architecture "Urbanproiect", the State Enterprise State Institute of Design "Ruralproiect" and the State Enterprise Training Center "Inmacom-Didactic" are reorganized by merger (absorption) with the Public Institution Office for Territorial Planning, Urbanism, Construction and Housing.
The rights and obligations of the absorbed legal entities are fully transferred to the absorbing legal entity - the Public Institution Office for Territorial Planning, Urbanism, Construction and Housing.
