Advanced Training Courses for Certification in Construction

Advanced Training Courses for Construction Specialists are conducted in accordance with Article 6 of the “Regulation on the Certification of Specialists Engaged in Construction Activities,” approved by Government Decision No. 743/2024 on ensuring quality in construction. It states that construction specialists are required to attend adult continuous professional education programs once every 5 years, as per the approved training programs.

Accordingly, the Institution provides accredited training programs for construction specialists by the Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova, through which the following training courses are organized:

1. Construction Site Supervisor in Civil Engineering – 2600 MDL;

2. Technical Supervisor (in Construction) – 2600 MDL;

3. Construction Site Supervisor and Technical Supervisor – 3900 MDL;

4. Supervisor of Specialized Works and Installations Related to Construction – 2400 MDL;

5. Technical Supervisor for Specialized Works and Installations Related to Construction – 2400 MDL;

6. Supervisor and Technical Supervisor for Specialized Works and Installations Related to Construction – 3600 MDL;

7. Designer (in Construction) – 2400 MDL;

8. Specialist Staff from Construction Testing Laboratories – 2200 MDL;

9. Cost Estimator (in Construction) – 2400 MDL;

10. Technical Expert – 1000 MDL;

11. Project Verifier – 1000 MDL;

12. Cost Estimate Verifier – 1000 MDL;

13. Cost Estimator (training through resource method) – 1500 MDL.

Advanced training courses for construction specialists are initiated after evaluating applications submitted via the One-Stop Shop, along with documents specified in Article 14 of the “Regulation on the Certification of Specialists Engaged in Construction Activities.”
