LEVEL II
The Occupational Safety and Health Advanced Training Program is designed for all individuals seeking training in occupational safety and health, in compliance with Article 17 of Law No. 186 of 10.07.2008 and Chapter X of the “Regulation on the organization of activities for worker protection at the workplace and prevention of occupational risks,” approved by Government Decision No. 95 of 05.02.2009.
The second-level training course is focused on developing specific OSH competencies required for unit managers who have assumed the responsibilities of designated workers, as well as for designated workers in the field of occupational safety and health.
The second-level course can be attended by individuals with higher education or post-secondary technical education.
Admission Conditions:
Occupational safety and health training can be attended by any interested person with a minimum high school education for the first level and higher or post-secondary technical education for the second level, who is physically and mentally healthy, and capable of fulfilling the legal conditions for their activity.
