Job Description:

The specialist in the Research and Laboratory Testing Department is responsible for conducting and coordinating testing, analysis, and research within the laboratory. They will perform experiments and technical analyses on materials and products in accordance with established procedures and standards. The specialist must document research results, develop detailed reports, and interpret the obtained data to contribute to the improvement of the company’s processes and products. Additionally, they may be involved in the development and implementation of new testing methods and technologies.

Responsibilities:

Conduct laboratory testing and research on materials and products.

Analyze and interpret the obtained results.

Prepare technical reports and present conclusions to relevant teams.

Adhere to laboratory safety procedures and standards.

Participate in the development and improvement of testing and research methods.

Collaborate with other departments to optimize production and testing processes.

Requirements:

Higher education in a technical field or engineering.

Experience in the field (advantageous).

In-depth knowledge of research and laboratory testing processes.

Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and tools.

Attention to detail and analytical skills.

Documentation and technical report writing skills.
