Continuous Professional Training Courses (Advanced Training)

Continuous Professional Training Courses (Advanced Training) in the primary occupation and related occupations for enterprise personnel aimed at promotion or employment (evaluation/certification/advancement/granting of bonuses, grades, categories, etc.).

The course price will be determined based on the number of hours agreed upon with the applicant!

In accordance with Title VIII “Professional Training,” Chapter I, Art. 212, Para. (2) of the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova, “continuous professional training means any training process in which an employee, already having a qualification or profession, complements their professional knowledge by deepening their knowledge in a specific area of their primary specialty or by learning new methods or procedures applied in that specialty.”

Moreover, Art. 9, Para. (1), Letter h) states that “an employee has the right to professional training, retraining, and advanced training…”, and as per Art. 213, Para. (1), “The employer is obliged to create the necessary conditions and promote the professional and technical training of employees who undergo on-the-job training, improve their skills, or study in educational institutions without leaving their job.”

According to Point 35 of the Regulation on Adult Education, approved by Government Decision No. 222 of 26.03.2024, “the results of professional training of adults, confirmed by the certificates obtained, will be taken into account during employment, in various evaluation/certification processes for professional positions, during career advancement, and in the processes of granting performance bonuses, didactic/managerial degrees, scientific or scientific-didactic titles, and professional categories.”

Thus, the Training Section of IP OATUCL provides Employers with the opportunity to implement their annual professional training plans by enrolling their employees in initial and continuous (advanced, specialized) training programs for primary or related occupations according to their qualifications.

For this purpose, the Training Section offers a wide range of specialties aligned with accredited programs, within which any training modules can be requested.
