Working Meeting on the Issuance of National Interest Permissive Acts at IP OATUCL

On January 24, 2025, the Public Institution for Territorial Planning, Urbanism, Construction, and Housing (IP OATUCL) hosted a working meeting with representatives of central public authorities involved in the issuance of permissive acts for national interest objectives (urbanism certificates, informational certificates, building or demolition permits), in accordance with Government Decision No. 489/2024.

During the session, participants discussed and formulated proposals for optimizing the process of issuing national interest permissive acts and strengthening interinstitutional collaboration in line with the provisions of Government Decision No. 489/2024.
