Monday, September 28, 2026, marked an important milestone for the Public Institution “Office for Territorial Planning, Urbanism, Construction and Housing” (P.I. OATUCL) and the State Enterprise “Directorate for Diplomatic Corps Services” (S.E. DSCD), which officially established a strategic partnership by signing a bilateral cooperation agreement.
